Settling-In Pack on its own (the eight procedures of the Complete column, without the home search): €890 incl. VAT, family €1,190.
Family: two adults plus school enrolment. The pre-arrival briefing (€190) is deducted from any pack you sign. Rush jobs (under 7 days): +50%.
Family 02 — Settling-in
Your first weeks in Spain follow a precise order: no NIE means no bank account, no padrón means no school enrolment, no Cl@ve means no online administration. We know the order — and the shortcuts.

A gas tariff never renegotiated, oversized electrical power, duplicate insurance, avoidable bank fees: most expat households pay every month for contracts signed in a hurry. We review everything — and make the changes with you, on the spot.

Why Mémoria
Our founder went through every procedure first-hand: NIE, padrón, schools — all the way to buying, renovating and letting a house in Valdebebas. We know the pitfalls because we have met them.
English, French, Spanish — and Hebrew: as far as we know, we are the only ones in Madrid supporting a relocation in Hebrew. Every member of the family talks to someone who understands them.
The same person follows your file from briefing to departure, and coordinates our partner gestoría and lawyer whenever a procedure calls for them.
Prices for individuals are listed procedure by procedure. Your first call is booked online in two minutes, and you receive a written quote.
Everything is built in your own storage space. You can revoke our access at any time. No passwords stored, GDPR-compliant processing.
We take nothing from the suppliers, banks or insurers we recommend. Whoever hires us pays us — you, your employer or a landlord — and we never represent both sides of the same lease.

With you. Everything is built in your own space (Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive): you own it and can revoke our access at any time. No passwords are ever stored in the folders — only references. Our data processing is contractually governed and GDPR-compliant.
Routine procedures, yes — with your power of attorney where required. Mémoria is neither a registered gestor nor a law firm: regulated matters (non-EU visas and work permits, complex tax, disputes) are coordinated with our partner gestoría and lawyer — you keep a single point of contact.
Yes. Employers and relocation management companies entrust us with their transferees, invoiced to the company (see corporate services). Landlords entrust us with letting their property to expats (see landlord services). We never represent the tenant and the landlord of the same lease.
15% of the annualised savings identified and implemented during the audit, capped at €400. The calculation is line by line in the report (rate before, rate after, supporting documents), which you approve before invoicing. If we find nothing, you only pay the €99 base fee.
Absolutely. In practice, it takes knowing the order of procedures, administrative Spanish, the regulated tariffs that don't appear in comparison sites, and keeping a filing system going over years. That time and consistency is what we sell.
