What we do
Listings shortlisted against your brief, calls and pre-visits to rule out bad surprises, up to six viewings over two days (by video if you are still abroad), negotiation of rent and terms, lease review under the current LAU (term, fianza, capped additional guarantees, fees borne by the landlord), and coordination of the signing — remotely if needed. When we search for you, we take no commission from the landlord.

EX-18 form, 790-012 fee, appointment (cita previa) booked and managed by us with the Policía Nacional, file checked line by line, briefing the day before, and someone with you on the day if you wish.
